Influence I was greatly impressed by works of Henri Cartier-Bresson and his idea of Decisive Moment. Other photographers: Alexandr Rodchenko, Robert Capa, Andre Kertesz, Man Ray, Clyde Butcher. Also I’m influenced by works of surrealists, by modern youth counterculture, pop-art (esp Andy Warhol).

Information I like photography because it helps create another reality, another surreal world.
I have particular attitude to BW photography. I assume it is the BW photography that is a real photography. It has some magic, magic of black n white, magic of light n shade…
Still I don’t deny the existence of colour photography, but I believe these are completely different kinds of the art of photography.
I’m not purist and proponent of perfect image made according to all rules and canons.
I like accidental unexpected photography and street photography. I admire weird, slightly obscure, mysterious and philosophic photography. Photos that make you think or puzzle your imagination and mind delight me most.
At present I photograph with Canon EOS 1000D and film camera Zenit E.
